There’s beauty in delayed miracles. Elijah was in the house when the son of the Widow of Zarephath fell sick. I believe Elijah, being who he was, must have prayed but answer did not come. God delayed the miracle till he boy died. After he died, God through Elijah raised him from the dead. So, at times when your miracles seem delayed, take heart; that delay is not necessarily a denial.
